Nexoluxe-GEO-Agent Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

1. About this policy

This policy describes how Nexoluxe-GEO-Agent accesses, uses, stores, and shares information.

The application is operated by Nexoluxe Lighting, the business operating nexoluxelighting.com. It is a private research and reporting tool used by the store owner, with no public registration or service for unrelated account holders.

This policy covers the application. Information collected when browsing or shopping on the Nexoluxe Lighting website is also subject to the website’s applicable privacy policy.

2. Information the application accesses

Depending on the integrations enabled and permissions granted, the application processes:

Google Search Console data: Search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average search positions, reporting dates, and available reporting dimensions such as country or device. These are search-performance records, not a list of identified website visitors.

Google Ads data: The authorized advertising account identifier, keyword research requests, keyword ideas, and available historical metrics such as estimated search volume and advertising competition. These features operate only when the required API access and account authorization are available.

Authentication information: OAuth credentials and tokens, or service-account credentials, needed to access authorized Google services. The application does not ask for or store the operator’s Google account password.

Store and research information: Product and website content, public research sources, content drafts, review records, and available store analytics summaries.

Operational records: Run dates, processing statuses, errors, source references, and email-delivery receipts.

The current Google integration does not access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.

3. How information is used

Information is used to:

  • Produce search-performance reports.

  • Identify relevant topics and keywords for further research.

  • Prepare draft content and recommendations for the operator’s review.

  • Compare available observations over time.

  • Deliver reports and troubleshoot scheduled tasks.

The current Google Ads integration is used for keyword research. It does not create or modify advertising campaigns or budgets.

Nexoluxe Lighting does not sell Google user data or use it to build advertising audiences.

4. External services and data sharing

The application uses external services to carry out its functions.

Google: Authorized requests are sent to Google APIs to retrieve permitted data. Keyword-research requests can include selected keywords, language settings, target markets, and the authorized account identifier.

DeepSeek: Selected search-query records and associated performance metrics, product information, and research material may be included in API requests to support topic analysis and drafting. This means some information derived from Google Search Console may be processed by DeepSeek.

Search-data providers: Providers such as SerpApi receive selected search terms and market settings when enabled. Research terms may be informed by the store’s search-performance data.

Email delivery: Reports are sent to the operator through Alibaba enterprise email. Email bodies may contain search-performance summaries, keyword findings, and research conclusions.

Google access tokens, refresh tokens, and service-account keys are not included in research prompts or report emails.

External providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy policies. Processing may take place outside the operator’s country. Local execution of the application does not mean that all information remains on the local computer.

Nexoluxe Lighting does not use Google user data to train its own general-purpose AI models.

5. Storage and security

Working data, research outputs, reports, and operational records are stored in the application’s local project folders on an operator-controlled computer.

Credentials are stored separately from generated reports. Reports delivered by email are also stored within the operator’s email service.

The application uses HTTPS for Google and research API connections and an encrypted SMTP connection for email delivery. Credentials are intended for authorized operation and are not published in website content.

No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Local records are retained for reporting, historical comparison, troubleshooting, and review. The application does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to all stored reports and research outputs.

The operator can stop scheduled tasks and delete local credentials, downloaded data, reports, and research files. Emailed reports must be deleted separately from the relevant mailboxes. Any separately maintained backups must also be handled separately.

Revoking Google authorization prevents future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already downloaded or emailed.

For a data-access or deletion request, contact charlie@nexoluxelighting.com. Requests concerning information processed by an external provider are also subject to that provider’s applicable retention and deletion procedures.

7. Authorization and control

The operator can revoke OAuth access through the Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Service-account access can be removed through the relevant Google service’s permissions.

The operator can also disable scheduled tasks or remove local credentials to stop future collection.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application’s integrations or data-handling practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised date.

Your order will be submitted for review before payment. We will verify the order details, product availability, and shipping cost. Once everything is confirmed, we will update the order with the final total and send you the payment instructions.
